For the encore, Barry Slees (from Dave Nelson Band) played pedal steel for the tribute to The New Riders of the Purple Sage.
For tonight, Taper Phil was able to work his connections with the Fillmore staff and got them to relocate the Taper's section back to its rightful place: close to the center, just left of the board. This recording sounds much better than the previous night's, thanks to Phil.
